- How does the billing actually work?
- You add a card at signup. We only charge when a waitlisted person we notified about an opening actually books the slot. At the end of each monthly billing period Stripe sums up your refilled sessions and sends one invoice. If nothing refilled, you pay $0.
- Is there a free trial?
- Your first refills are on us — every new account starts with a grant of free refills. After that, the per-refill price kicks in. You see your remaining free balance on the billing page.
- Can I cap how much I get charged?
- Yes — every account has a monthly cap on refilled sessions. Once you hit it, we stop sending offers and stop billing for the rest of the billing period. You can raise or lower the cap anytime from the billing page.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You can cancel from the billing page at any time. There are no recurring fees, so cancellation just stops new charges from any further refills.
- Which scheduling tools are supported?
- Rebook Rocket currently integrates with Calendly. A paid Calendly account (Standard, Teams, or Enterprise) is required — free Calendly accounts do not support the webhooks Rebook Rocket needs.
